I ordered washing machine trolley from IFB web site. They send me defective piece. I am calling from last 6 days and didn't get any positive response. Frustrated by the service. there is no option to return also.

Frustrated by the service. there is no option to return also. I called to call center and person from Pune as well. But not getting positive reply. Its been 15 days I ordered the trolley. pathetic service by IFB people.
