IFB Industries — Washing machine under AMC but no service

I have raised a complaint long time back and so far there is no update or solution for the issue. Its disgusting to see this kind of response from a reputed company as I believed and took an AMC.

Now I can see its being cancelled for no reason.

History of the complaint start some time back that machine was shivering while using the spin. As its was under AMC technician immediately changed it. They charged around 3800 for the rubber telling its not covered in AMC and new drum was free of cost. But during fixing itself the technician was not skilled and removed it again and again as the bearing was not fitted properly. Next day I called the people and they told will come. Multiple times I called and raised tickets but so far no response.
