[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine warranty | |||||
Dear sir, I bought ifb machine before 7 years back... I glad to inform u that machine is very good in condition... But, it is created a huge sound when it was in a spinning mode.. It is irritating... So, i want to reduce the sound and complained to the ifb customer care... They sent a authorized dealer named siva enterprises, they repaired it.. But that is not reduced... More over they charged rs.7020 for two years warranty period... Now, i consulted the customer care they told, two years warranty charge only 5020...
