[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine/elena aqua sx 6 kg/unethical behavior and fraud | |||||
Washing machine is out of warranty. We contacted IFB customer care as our machine was not working. The technician came by the name Feroze. He belonged to Global enterprises, with whom IFB may have a tie-up for servicing. He told us that we should get AMC done for which we paid ~4K. He said there is a problem with Shock absorber and asked us to pay INR 2000 in cash to get the replacement part. He said he will come next day but he has not come back even when it is one month gone. We tried to connect with IFB customer care but they send different technician who all say different things and ask for more money. Desired solution: We want our money for AMC back as it was sold to us giving incorrect information and money for shock absorber back as well as the same is not given to us Was this information helpful? | |||||
