[Resolved] IFB Industries — worst product and worst service | |||
I have ordered this ifb microwave oven 23sc3 in 2016 march and its not even 2 years and the touch pad is not working. Just two keys are not working which are the most important ones (Start and stop). Just for the two keys they are replacing the entire touch pad which costs 1500 minimum and that is not just in 1-2 days they need more then a week that too they are not sure. When we call customer care they say it will cost 300 to 500 and will be fixed in 24 hours, then the service guy calls and says it will take more the 1500 to 2000.
