[Resolved] IFB Industries — Worst service - problem not solved for 5 months | |||
I am extremely frustrated with five months of follow up with ifb services, problem is not solved yet. They attended the complaint on january 2016, and did a service for rs. 3, 500. Still the motor sound was high, so the service person nagaraj advised us to go with amc. And we booked a amc for rs. 5, 500. Then when we gave a complaint after 40 days, they told that the motor will not be covered under amc. In that case why did the service person advice to take amc. Is it only to get the money. If the service person don't know fully about amc why do they tell about it. Then after long frustrating conversations and follow ups, there was no progress, and we paid around rs.3800 for the motor. The service centre never took anything seriously, never sent any service person again. By the time it was april 2016, when another service person came and told that the drum is not in good condition. As the machine was not used for 4 months the drum has got damaged, and this is because the ifb service's carelessness and not attending the issue in time. After few weeks another service person came with a drum, when checked it was an old drum removed from some other washing machine. We did not accept to replace with an old drum. It has been five months completed from the day of complaint and there is no response from ifb. I am following up daily with them, and they say some reason that the parts are not ready, or the in-charge person is not available. Whatever it is, it wont take more than 5 months to fix a washing machine. So far i have spent totally around rs. 13, 000, and waited five months, still the issue is not fixed. This shows how efficiently the ifb service is functioning. The people at service centre don't care about the customer. There is no proper hierarchy or next level, where a customer can complain if there is any issues. If this issue is not solved soon, i will go for legal remedies.
