No response since one week of registering the same complaint Invoice no. : [protected] Invoice date : 07.05.2018 Date of installation : 15.05.2018 For the past 10 years we are using ifb products and we are thankful for your service, Complaints: 1. We have a power generator backup with 5 seconds but the washing machine stops when the power goes and if we start it manually the washing cycle starts from the beginning even if it was in a finishing point 2. Poor service: we were promised the installation in 2 day and the ifb member was good in coordination before the payment as he called us 3-4 times a day but after the payment there were no proper response and the installation took a week time. 3. Behavior: the person who came for the installation was in a hurry and rude in behavior, we requested a operating manual copy/operating flow chart in english but neither he provided it nor waited to take the signature on the installation paper.
