IFB microwave 30sc3 was delivered to me on 29 mar 14 and towards installation and demo of the same, registration was done through customer care on 30 mar 14 am. the ticket no provided was 11319983 and it was intimated that technician would be visiting with in four hours.
however nobody turned up and up on intimating the same with customer care, the local office no: of IFB was provided and was told to contact the local office towards installation.
despite contacting both the local office and customer care, till now my request is pending and no technician has bothered to turn up.
this is absolutely frustrating and ridiculous and is never expected from a reputed firm like IFB.
