Hello concern,
This is an email reg complaint number 15688977 I have called today morning to relocate my outbox since there was some construction going on earlier in my house and I had to dismantle the outbox ONLY, which I did successful with your guys.
My call connected to one of your call centre agent pratibha and I clearly explained that my AC is already fixed just the outbox need to connect again to new location in the same house, so she advised me for complete packing and unpacking we charge 1500 rupees plus service tax applicable and for relocation of outbox will cost 750 rupees plus service tax. I agreed to that and asked to send the technician to fix it.
05 mins later one person naveen called and said he can send the technician today in 1 hr, as he is already In my area and there will be another visiting charge of 550 rupees, I asked him if I am already paying 750 rupees then why I should be paying 550 rupees but I didn't had any idea he said if you want to install your outbox then I have to pay the amount then I still agreed because pity customer doesn't have much choices .
Now your technician Sushil kumar came to my house with new story that I will be paying 1500 rupees IFB charges for relocation, 550 rupees for visiting charges and 65 rupees metre wire charges and 600 rupees metre copper wire charges will be charged and apart from that earlier when I dismantled my outbox that technician had taken all of my 4 metre copper wire saying its free when I will be calling for relocation .
So this was my tragic story and example of extremely poor services of yours .
I again called your call center to confirm the charges and spoke to pradeep he was probably the foolest of all.
He started his call without even listening to me and started his scripted answer "technician will be in your house in next 24 hrs" I patiently advised I am not calling for technician I calling to confirm the
charges he had no clue of any charges he kept placing my call on hold again and again and had no clue what to say .
I asked pradeep to transfer the call to his supervisor he kept me on hold for almost 13 mins and kept checking if I disconnected my call or not so he don't have to transfer ..I kept my cool and waited patiently for supervisor later some sr. agent came to talk but I didn't find anything new he said he will check the call for charges advised to me and guide his agent pratibha .and he also had no clue why I am paying 1500 to IFB and 550 to technicians personally and so many other charges ...finally I asked your technician how much this will cost me. he advised approx amount will cost 8000ruppes just to relocate an outbox ..
My concerns

Amount increased 750 to 1500 w/o any notice
Copper wire stolen by technician when called for dismantle
Poor knowledge and handling skills of call centre agents
Total cost of IFB AC was 25000 and for relocation of outbox cost 8000
I am an honest and loyal customer of IFB I not only bought 2 IFB AC from you but also recommend 1 to my friend deepak Gupta CTC no [protected]
If you guys don't revert me back or give me perfect resolution trust me I will sue you guys for this.
