I purchased a microwave 20ltrs on nov 7th 2015. And today its 13th nov 2015. And none of the executive has come up for demo. Even though it makes lot of sound when we use microwave. We complained as well. But none of engineer has come up yet. I dnt know what kind service ifb provides..
