Dear concerned, This is bring to your kind notice that machine is not working, giving same error (Dper error), even your representative could not help much, he descaled the machine with liquid descaler as well, but machine is still hanging on dper error. Power supply issue with the recently got chimney and after 3 consecutive calls to customers care, I am yet to get a response from service agents, But the complaint is closed for weird reason. IFB customer care does not even have which service agent closed the ticket.
