BEWARE IFB!!! They showed great eagerness to sell their product but have taken us on a total ride thereafter. I have an Elena VX 6 kg washing machine, purchased in 2012, so it is still under the 4-year warranty. I complained on 8th august 2015 about a water drainage problem. My complaint ticket number is 16176675. As my soiled clothes were still in the machine after half a a machine run, they said they would attend to the problem on a priority basis. It has been 7 days, and my husband and I have made hundreds of phone calls which are attended to very politely by the customer care executives. They kept suggesting alternate numbers that did not respond or were switched off. And they have neither had the time to attend to it nor got back to me. Our predicament is as helpless as ever. Please help to form a solidarity among aggrieved customers and suggest a course of action! THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED IN THE CONSUMER COURT, SUED AND HOUNDED OUT OF BUSINESS!
