IFB — MICRO OVEN PCB NOT WORKING

Dear Sir/Madam, I had brought the Microven in Dec'13 and today 1st Mar'15, within 1 yrs 3 months, 3 times same component (PCB) of same product damaged, there is a question of quality of product, such a reputed company. I have lodge a complain on 26 th Feb, my ticket number is 14981839 . Your representative talked with me over phone and ask for visiting fees, service charge and component cost extra because its warranty period over, I told him the fact, After that he told me that he will call me on later.
