IFB — MIcrowave 25BC3 under warranty but not working

I have lodged a complaint as the microwave is not working on 7th jan 2015 complain number 14647230. Technician came to check and said need to change parts but after that they said parts are not available and now its almost 20 days they have left my microwave open in the kitchen. Now every day i am calling and they are saying will get back to you in the evening but no way. Every day I am speaking to new new managers I am tired of explaining my problem.
