[Resolved] IFB — Microwave convection brc - 2 - defective product and its been 6day's and yet not replaced. | |||||
On 6th Oct 2015 I had purchased a Microwave Convection of IFB.On 7th when the person came to install it he said it is defective and has to be replaced. We informed at the centre to Mr.Shailendra Singh about it and he said it will be replaced on 9th i.e.Monday.It was wasn't, then on Tuesday also no one came nd Mr.Singh nd Ms.Negi they weren't picking our calls either. Ms.Negi when she did she was just cutting our line.I called the customer care nd they gave Mr.Gaurav's No. I called him thrice he didn't attend the call only.On Wednesday again I called the customer care nd they said it will be replaced on Thursday for sure, but still nothing. What was the point of buying a branded product from a authorised shop if I had to face so many hassle's.Since Saturday they have been lying to us and have not done anything. And the person's responsible for this they don't even have the decency to attend to our calls or give proper information. Was this information helpful? | |||||
