[Resolved] IFB — Microwave issues not addressed even after a month

I has initially raised a in the month of June regarding my microwave. The technician came and resolved the issue and convinced me to take AMC which I did . The same issue occurred back in 2 weeks I then logged a complain on 3-July[protected], The same technician Senthil called and said that there was a problem with my touch circuit and said that he would order parts.On 7-July-15 I received a message that the complain is closed.I followed up with Senthil without any success and logged another call on 11-July[protected] again I waited for someone to resolve my issue In the meain time I made several calls to the customer care to resolve my issue without success. I called back on 6-Aug-15 and was told that the call was closed and they logged a new call ticket no [protected] and the manager suresh assured that the problem will be fixed, However when I call the customer care number [protected] today I am getting message that this number is not valid. This is absolutely pathetic service I am receiving from IFB. This made me not to prefer or recommend IFB products . It would restore my confidence if someone sensible can resolve my issue.
