It is sad to inform you that i have bought MICROWAVE OVEN 30 SRC1 ROTISSERIE and ELITE AQUA SX 7 KG in Dec 13, But in my Microwave oven problem occurred of power supply in month of Jun 14 and i lodge a complain to customer care and same was rectified by replacing my power supply panel with new one, but again after 15 days same problem occurred, i lodged so many complain then technician came and told that there is problem in circuit and that cant be rectified and that is to be informed to IFB distributor and same was informed to distributor Bharat who is looking to my zone (Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh), he told i will send the technical and will be resoled but after calling so many times no one came to see the problem.Then i tried to talk to customer head Miss Kalyani in hyderabad but after caling her 1000 times she just cut the phone.It has gave me a shock of seeing the response towards costumer and i habe been mentally harased.I also called so many times to customer care to give me the Nodal Officer no so that i can make complain but they simply told me that we dont have the no.So now tell me waht to do since i was palling to buy another product of IFB but it now i am in fear to see the service.plz help me out.
