[Resolved] IFB — Microwave oven | |||
Dear Sir, I registered a compliant on 6th October, 2015 that my Microwave oven is not working. Complaint Number : [protected] and it is under AMC. After that i sent five reminders through mail and called call center people several times and nobody has taken action. Once again on Nov3rd called call center and came to know that the complaint was cancelled. I had no clue that why the complaint has been cancelled. Registed a new complaint on Nov 3rd, Complaint Number: [protected], and contacted Mr. Mityakumar and Ms.Revathi (chennai) but no action has been taken so far. It seems to be there is no system in your organization and people are lazy enough and irresponsible. Please take immediate action and send a service person at the earliest.
