[Resolved] IFB — Microwave Oven Complaint not attended Twice

I have IFB Microwave Oven(I still regret, why I purchased IFB). I have given complaint 3 times since 18-Aug-2014. But to my surprise, their Service center person call and set up a time and did not reached and when I called him, he switched off his cell. I complained this thing to them, they says your ticket is closed from Service center side, when I narrated the same they raise 2nd request to which I still waiting a response. Vishal Noida

I am still in same trouble, its been almost 20+ days, my microwave complaint is not taken care. Please let me know what to do. Iam good to register the complaint in Consumer Court.

IFB to improve lot on customer service part. After sale also IFB has to work, to gain good name.
