[Resolved] IFB — Microwave owen is faulty and need replacement

Myself bought IFB Microwave owen in chembur on 19/04/14. Model No. 20SC - 2. Within 8 months 3 times it had problem and its parts have been replaced by Global Enterprises. Now again the technician says that complete panel has to be replaced. After first complaint itself I had requested for replacement of the owen because of its faulty working. But the technician said everything will be alright. Frequently I am facing problem with this piece.
Please see to it that the piece is replaced. I am not going to repair this piece and use it again as from beginging it is creating lot of problem.
I have decided to hand over the piece to Area sales manager if within few days this owen is not replaced.
