[Resolved] IFB — New Microwave not working, Service Centre not taking any action

We have bought an IFB Microwave in May. It stopped functioning two weeks back. We have registered 2 complaints through customer care. Technicians came and did some temporary fix and resolved the calls. The microwave now makes unusual noise and emits burning smell and does not warm up. The customer care people say they cannot replace the appliance and service center should be doing that. Service center people are relunctant and they misbehaved with me. I have logged two more complaints through website and through customer care. I do not see any concern from IFB and they are not ready to replace the applicance even though it is too hazrdous for me to keep in the kitchen. The customer care people are not even ready to forward the calls to any higher authority. Not sure where to go and who to approach at this point. I feel cheated and very frustrated with IFB.
