I am Dhanunjaya Rao V, from Hyderabad, Telangana.
Purchased new IFB 8 kg Front Load Senator Aquasx Silve. on 22nd October and I received machine on 23rd October.
But till now I did not get any call for Demo installation . And I called customer care regarding this. They provided here local executive numbers, even tho my problem not solved.
May I know the reason for this delay. And if this is not possible at your level please help me to escalate next leave.
