[Resolved] IFB — Nil support for 1.5 months for a machine under AMC | |||
Complaint No. 3711032 Name : S.Sangeetha, FF3 Aquarius Block, VGN Zodiac Ville Mugappair, Chennai[protected] IFB Model : Elite S.K.G For the above machine, the dealer it highly irresponsible in the past and I have approached consumer complaint and got it sorted out during last AMC. In current AMC also, the machine is break down for almost 11/2 months and dealer is confirming visit every day to my wife but not concluding. I cannot share the mental pressure she is going through and if I am not receiving any person with required items within 2 working days, I will file a case highlighting last year correspondence too. I do not understand why are asking your customers begging every time that too home makers in this competitive service industry.
