Hi, I raised a complaint regarding my Washing machine two days before Ref# 11729304. called the customer care 39004321, no improvements. Called the service centre,[protected], no firm answers. I am part of your AMC, I am worried about my decision in buying a product from you guys. Since the day I bough i facing issues. Guys first streamline your services. Have a relaiable service people. I will ensure, my friends and family doesnt go for the IFB product at all. Frustrated customer MUNISAMY [protected]
