IFB — No response even after 48 hours | |||
I had placed a compliant on April 28, 2015 for the re-installation of the washing machine at our newly constructed house. We have brought the machine along when we shifted the house. Hence, it only needs to be fitted. At that time, I was promised that the compliant would be attended to within 24 working hours. Daily Saga We have been making the calls to speed up the processing of the compliant every day. Everyday, they make the promise that their technician would attend the compliant. There seems to be no response. Today, the local Manager for Hyderabad said that the concerned technician is not available.It took good 2 days to state that the technicians are not available. Accumulation of Clothes For the past 2-3 days, there has been no washing.Because of this, there is accumulation o[censored]sed clothes in buckets at home. Even the IFB customer care people have forwarded the request long time back. The person by the name Arun is sitting on the request on one pretext or the other.
