iv given a complaint to ifb regarding our microwave oven. we have been facing problem with it since the date of purchase n we have taken that matter to the ifb service centre immediatly asking for replacemnt. a horrible & big ound was comin from the oven to which they have sent a technician who couldnt solve the problem and he sent another person, even that person couldnt solve the issue and he sent another person who opened the case and bent some or the other part and the sound stopped coming for few days and after somtim, the problem again started. till date that problem wasnt solved and 2 n half months ago the handle lever got broken and iv complained to ifb service centre. they responded to the complaint after a month an when that service technician came and saw the problem, he said tat the spare part was not with them, n they would get it after a week. ii waited for 2 weeks and again i gave a reminder of my complaint, to which again they responde after 3 weeks stating the same reasn. and again after a couple of weeks a service technician called & directly stated that the problem was not with the handle, & askd us to bring us to the servcice centre which izs 25km far from my place.
i called up the customer care toll free number stating my problem, n iv learnt from them that the 1st complaint given by me aftre buyin the oven is still open.
this is the kind of after sales service they are provindin...and evevn after mailing them my complaint twice, there was no problm. PLZ NOTE THAT IV BEEN SUFFERING WITH THE OVEN SINCE THE DATE OF PURCHASE, N NONE OF THE PEOPLE FROM IFB CUD SOLVE THE PROBLEM TIIL DATE & ABOVE THAT THEY ARE ASKING ME TO BRING THE OVEN 25KM FOR THE ISSUE OF A SMALL HANDLE ???
