[Resolved] IFB — No response for complaint from ifb customer care. Complaint no.[protected] | |||
We own an ifb dishwasher which is under annual maintenance contract had a problem. For which we have registered a complaint with ifb customer care a month ago. Despite so many follow ups and phone calls there is no response from the agency. Whenever we call the customer care we are getting the same answer the case is assigned to our staff. We have also escalated the matter but there is no action taken so far. Hence we request you to intervene into this matter and kindly resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
