[Resolved] IFB — No response for our complain

I am using IFB washing Machine since last 2 years. Please find below mention details for your reference. Model No. : Senorita VX 6kg 800 RPM. Customer Id : 3588390 Complaint No. : 14514945 My machine is not working since last 1 week. But there is no response for my complain. Further your officials also cheat with the customer providing costly parts of the machine. If we have to bear such cost, what is the use of warranty & guarranty given. This is purely cheating with the customers. I have always trust on IFB brand. But this time i am upset & unsatisfied with your response & service. This makes me feel in future not to purchase any appliance of IFB brand. I request you to consider my complaint & request & do the needfull.
