[Resolved] IFB — No response from customer care & service cente regarding repairing

I had a SENORITA VX front loading washing machine & customer id no. is 3634191. I have made my complain on[protected] to repair my machine as it is stop taking water & stop in between the program & second on[protected] with same problem but no help from customer care and from service center.Only fake promises.On first complaint Mr. Rahul(technician) told me that Magnetic water inlet is not working so he changed it but that part was fine he told me. The same problem arise on[protected]. This time Mr. Rahul told me that PCB plate is not working as he was unable to diagnose the problem and i request customer care to send a senior technician instead of sending senior he gave me Mr. Amol mobile number [protected].On calling him he told me that he will repair my machine on[protected] but no response till date. So please repair my machine(serial no. 027328)

I have purchaged IFB air condition on Mar -2014 for first serving purpose given request to IFB care they given reply to be closed in 3 to 4 working days .. And then i received SMS from the IFB care that your complaint has been resolved ... HHHAHHAHHA again i made another complaint result is same no one is came but i have received SMS your complaint closed . Still no one is attended ... very poor and worst servicing system ... i never prefer any products from IFB in my future .. and same thing i will inform to my relation that don't purchase any IFB product
