I had made a request for a service engineer visit with regard to malfunction of inlet hose-tap attachment.
I was promised a visit within 24 hrs and a call from the service engineer asap.
24hrs no response..
I called costumer care again
They put a reminder
48hrs no response
Called customer care again
-Remindsr and "escalated" the matter
Asked me to call Mr Sai kumar (dept incharge) directly
- contacted him, he assures visit today
Its 6pm.. No response from Mr Sai nor IFB !
Customer care cant help further..
WASTED 2 WORKING DAYS AND GOT STUCK LAUNDRY!!!
Time is everything and IFB DOESNT RESPECT A CUSTOMERS TIME
