[Resolved]  IFB — No Response from Service Persons

We are a multy national company situated in CSEZ, Kakkanadu. Our IFB Dryer had some issues with the thermostat control and the complaint have been registered in IFB complaint cell, 3 weeks back. One service person from IFB came on last week to attend the problem and he went back due to no spare with him at that time. The person committed to correct the problem on the very next day.But till now nobody is responding to our phone calls and one Mr. Biju took the phone and every day he is saying the same dialogue - "it will be corrected today". Due to this issue, our lab accreditation had been failed and we have to re appear for the accreditation again. This lead to loss of orders from an international customer and thus by our reputation had gone. While calling these service persons, every day, we are believing their words and end of the day, we fell in to trouble. This type of carelessness and negligence from an international brand like IFB is not advisable and which will lead to damage for your reputation. Need your urgent attention in this matter and to be rectified the issue within tomorrow.
