[Resolved] IFB — no response of complaint after 20 days

Sir we purchased a IFB washing machine less than a year ago . The machine is not working from the last three weeks and when we contacting your local complaint centre, they are keep on saying that somebody will come to fix it . But noboDy came . Then we did a online complaint on 28tH of may and after that we got a call from your local service provider that they are gonna fix it very soon . But still nobody came. The complaint we did was having a complaint number which was 13046294. We have really never expected such a worst response from such a reputed company. The purchaser name is parveen sharma and our address is 100 Bsf colony jalandhar City punjab. we are facing alot of difficulties so we are expecting a quick Response thank U .i[censored] have any quEries pls Do nOt HesitaTe To conTact us On [protected], [protected].
