[Resolved] IFB — No response to the complaint | |||
I registered a complaint regarding non functioning of our IFB washing machine. My complaint number is13103261 dated June 07, 2014. Till today IFB has not bothered to send their technician to attend my complaint. My washing machine is under AMC. However, to my surprise I received an SMS from IFB stating that my complaint has been resolved satisfactorily. When I contacted again the customer care centre they said the same recorded dialogue i.e. sorry for the inconvenience and my complaint will be rectified within 24 hours and allotted a new complaint number 13142208. However, till now nobody from IFB visited to resolve the complaint. I decided not to buy any IFB product in future and advise the prospective customers of IFB to keep this in their mind before purchasing any IFB product. IFB is the worst washing machine company. They should be heavily penalized for doing this to the customers. If so many people are facing problems with them then there is definitely some serious problem with them.
