TICKET NO.12826969 MY Complaints on toll free No.[protected] on 28.4.2014 (afternoon); on 29.4.2014 at 11.35AM; on 29.4.2014 at 5.26PM and on 1.5.2014 at 11.20PM and also through email on 29.4.2014. Inspite of repeated requests and reminders, as assured, no one attended. I am very saddened with the approach on behalf of IFB, a renowned and reputed firm, that even after several reminders and assurance by the people who are attending the call on toll free number, no positive action has been taken and I am facing a lot of problem. In the absence of proper working of the Machine and no positive action from your end despite various efforts, I am mentally upset.
