[Resolved] IFB — no service during guarantee/warranty period | |||
I had purchased a washing Machine of IFB brand(Elite Aqua Sx) from one of its dealer in Bhubaneswar(M/s Raj Electronics) on 14.05.2017. From that day none of the service personnel has attended the M/c although it should be done at least 2 time a year. To my utter surprise, even I had received a SMS few days back, they have attended one service, although none of them has even come once to my house after installation. It is simply ridiculous. Today I had telhones to one of its toll free no to book my service. From the conversation I learnt that, IFB sends its service personnel only when it is asked for even it is in gurrantee period. But as on date all companies do their free preventive maintenance of their own during free service period. BK Mallick Was this information helpful? | |||
