[Resolved]  IFB — no service even after so many mail and reminder from IFB goa office and IFB chennai corporate office

Ticket number[protected] Me To [protected]@ifbglobal.com Oct 6 at 1:33 PM My washing machine complaint ticket no:11688109 not been rectified. E 31106 no response after this. I made fresh complaint with toll free and they gave me another ticket number:1177445. Complaint not solved even after speaking with goa IFB office.Goa office floor supervisor Devosish promised me the compalint will be solved .A call from chennai corporate office came to me but even after that my compalint is not been rectified. my customer code:2172126 compalint date:26 th August 2014. Every time i call toll free, they escalate the compalint and nothing happened so far.Everytime i call tollfree, they put me on hold and say they will check the detail with branch office and come back to me and this never happens. I hope someone will take care of my complaint before i go public in facebook and thereafter to the consumer forum.
