[Resolved]  IFB — no service is provided at time of requirement in spite of having annual maintenance contract

My dishwasher model is NEPTUNE and Machine serial number is [protected].I took annual maintenance contract from[protected] to[protected] which was renewed for[protected]to[protected].Again this annual maintenance contract was renewed on[protected] for[protected]to[protected].The renewal charge Rs 3750 was paid on[protected]. My dishwasher stopped working. I called for service.Your company service person Shashi Kumar (contact number [protected]) came .He tried something and left saying that he will come and repair it within next few days.After that I called your office several times and I was told each time by your service manager that definitely my machine will be fixed by someone within a day or two.But till today nobody came and fixed my machine.Now 2 months are over.
