Sir,
I regret to take note of your apathy and poor service in attending a complaint I lodged[protected] for my microoven on 17th. Despite my call on each successive day thereafter there was no response. I already have an Annual Maintenance Contract which ends in December 2014 and there appears to be a breach of contract from your side when the complaint still remains unattended. It seems that the IFB doesn't bother about after sales service as well as respecting the commitments.
I talked to customer care who advised me to get in touch with one Ms. De ([protected]), Branch Cordinator at Kolkata; I sent an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com but there was no positive response. It appears that IFB does not have a responsible supervisor or coordinator to sort out the customers' complaints despite having a maintenance contract. Moreover, it may not be out of context to indicate here that my experience with Kolkata staff had been bizarre since most of them are too casual in their approach and take the customers for granted.
Please drop me a reply so that I can take it up with appropriate authority and consumers' forum for redressal of my grievances as well as avoidable mental stress.
