[Resolved]  IFB — non delivery of washing machine

sir, we have purchased ifb elena steam model washing machine on 01.06.2014 in the name of Mr.G.Vinod Kumar at Manikanta Electronics, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad. while purchasing the machine i have requested them not to deliver the machine which was there in display as it has got a tear on the sticker. The sales man has accepted for the same and promised me to send a machine which was in the godown the next day, But the machine was delivered on 4th june 2014. from then onwards i have been calling them for sending some one for giving the demo. after my repeated phonecalls they have sent one technician to give the demo on 11.06.2014. once the seal was opened i was shocked to see the same machine with a torn sticker which i told them not to deliver. when i called them i came to know they have sent it intentionally and they have requested me to give two days time for replacement of the machine. today it is 17th june and i have not received the machine from the dealer. after days purchasing a washing machine everyone expects to use the machine as early as possible. but it is such a negligent issue on their part which is the matter of concern. i request you to kindly look in to the matter and solve the issue as early as possible or otherwise arrange for my money back with interest for these 18 days.
