[Resolved] IFB — Non installation of Air Conditioner on time

I had purchased a split AC of IFB company on 05/05/2014 for which I was told that it will be installed within 24 hrs of purchase. I had reconfirmed the installation time from the customer care service also. However nobody came within the stipulated time even after repeated requests to send the installation team to my accommodation. As a result I have to stay in a guest room on payment to spend the night as my wife is allergic to too much heat and its to hot inside the rooms here in my locality.
