We have lodged a request to shift our IFB washing machine to our new residence on[protected] and received complaint docket no 15657743 against which, the machine has to be shifted with in 24 hours.But so far the work has not been done besides our daily follow everytime we call for the given no, we are being directed for so many no but still there is no use. Is this the policy of the service of your company?
