[Resolved] IFB — Not attending complaint of washing drum not working despite repeated reminders & AMC

My Name is B M Nanda working as general Manager for Dena bank with Contact Cell # [protected]/ 26545625.
The washing Drum of my IFB washing Machine is not working & I had taken an AMC through Mr Sushant [protected] of IFB who is also not following up the matter and the complaint is still not resolved despite repeated reminders. He is behaving and replying in a very rude manner. I have several times contacted your Service Centre for help but of no avail.
