complaint no 11077190 dated[protected].Inspite of daily calling ur customer service staff &higher officials the DEFECT IS NOT RECTIFIED. WE ONLY GET THE ROUTINE REPLY THAT THE SERVICE MECHANIC WILLBE DEFINITELY SENT TOMORROW.That is the end. No further action or information this too bad. how long the costomer has to wait. IFB MACHINE IS GOOD. THE SERVICE VERY VERY BAD .IT IS WORST...we are not able to understand the attitude of a reputred company like IFB. what should we do now to get the machine repaired?
