[Resolved] IFB — not giving refund | |||
I bought IFB refrigerator with bottom freezer on 3rd August 2015, on 25th July 2017 we called IFB complaint section that refigerator is not working. So they sent one person who couldn't solve the problem but did some wrong connection and electricity of whole house went as it got tripped, he got scared and left. Next day another person came and said now the compressor has gone and needs replacement and he will call back. After few days he called back and said that parts are not available as refrigerator production is stopped and refund will be given as it is under warranty (2 years). Then the ordeal started of contacting the the repair and maintainance centre of North Goa the lady initially picked phone than stopped picking. When I called from other number she picked and said call Manager. Manager Mr Kunal Gupta picked phone and said refund will be given after deducting depreciation. But after that he is not picking phone. Last 1 year trying to contact him but of no avail. Was this information helpful? | |||
