I am writing this in utter disgust and disappointment due to very poor customer
service of IFB, especially Ms. Neema who is from IFB Delhi Area manager
who has been very negligent and highly non responsive. I bought a brand
new washing machine from a dealer (Bansal electronics in old gurgaon) on
May 24th, then after around 100 calls to their customer care and follow
ups, they finally sent someone on May
29th for installation (although they claim to install within 24 hrs),
while installation the product is identified as faulty. Then on the same
very day, a report was submitted to IFB and a request for replacement
with new machine was made, since then I am following up with Ms. Neema
and still there has been no response from their end. It is around 15
days after I made payment for this machine and still I dont have it with
me. If the higher management visits this FB page then request
them to take it as serious feedback to employ right set of people to
deal with customers and start taking prompt actions on customer
complaints and requests. This is highly unprofessional to not revert
back to customer inspite of receiving so many phone calls and emails. I was promised by Ms Neema that If I do not get the machine by today, then full money will be refunded to me, now when I am trying to reach out, these people are not picking the phone calls at all. Since morning I have called around 30 times.
Hope soon I will get the machine installed else kindly refund the money
and I wouldnt mind buying machine from some other vendors. Thanks Was this information helpful? |
