[Resolved] IFB — Not repairing my machine despite under warranty period | |||
I have purchased IFB washing machine in July 2012, It started creating noise, we contacted the service centre and an engineer would come and say that stand is making some noise, We purchased a new stand and still it was making noise. Than a new engineer come and he informed that your drum is having problem it needs to be replaced, I shared him the bill and receipt copy to support the warranty claim, this visit was on 29th June 2015. After that no action was taken by company. Thus I wrote an email on 9th July 2015 and registered a formal complain no 15947942. After this one engineer visited our home with used part, i requested him to get a new part to be replaced or give in writing that you are installing a used part, which they refused to give. Since than I have written several email to repaire my machine, received one or two reply stating that they will sort out the issue soon. Since last 15-20 days they are not responding to my emails also and machine is not repaired. Thus I approached this forum Was this information helpful? | |||
