[Resolved] IFB — Not resolving the compalints after a month time

Hi,
Exactly one month back(8/12/1014) my washing machine had some problem, we called the customer care and technician came he told panel gone so we need to change the panel. We are ok with that and he told about AMC and we paid 5400rs for 2years warranty. He told we cannot do the change immediately we have to wait 15 days for that. Still we are fine that.After 15 days we have called him and he said still panel didn't come the same strory repeated for another 15 days.He came on 10/1/2015 and he changed the panel but now he is telling heater gone that need to be changed he said he come and fix the issue by tomorrow but didn't turn i hope same story going to repeat. For me i paid the money and in the past 15 days i have gone so much of stress to track them and make them to attend. we brought the machine mainly they said good customer service.
Now i will tell everyone please don't buy IFB they are the worst service.
The technician who attended the service is Santosh ([protected]) and his Manager is Sarath from chennai.
