Sir, with great concern i may report the customer service provided to us is pathetic and very poor, even though the customer service office is situated near 200m from my residence.
on this, please refer ticket no.s [protected] & [protected] and email to customer service ifb on 03.2.2015. On the initial complaint i had to call four times and they have'nt responded. Lastly i approached the dealer (Bismi), then only one technicial came and firstly told that capasitor has to be replaced. and he arrived on a conclusion that the magneton to be replaced. I took the mobile no. of the manager and asked him to check the genuinety of the part and he agreed. But he never send any of the technician to check up.
I require to check up the whether the oven has the genuine part of IFB and if genuine it should be replaced. Also make sure that the customer service of our area (Ernakulam, Irimpanam PO) to be reprimanded for above lapse.
