[Resolved] IFB — Not solving issue with ac even after one month

I purchased an IFB AC on23/8/14. It stopped functioning and raised a complaint on 16/10/2014. Till now the issue is not resolved.
Called today to the IFB customer care. The operator informed that he can see the complaint is open and will be resolved at the earliest. IFB will not give any resolution time.
Better avoid this brand
