IFB — oven not working

The magnetron of my 25SC3 IFB oven was replaced with a new one on 23/05/2015 by a service person of IFB care centre, Alappuzha, Kerala. Their phone number is[protected]. But now from yesterday (22/07/2015) onwards the oven is not working. It shows the same complaint which caused the magnetron replacement. My phone number is [protected].
